Eliminating unnecessary steps & containing the flow to the same medium will enhance the experience for the user. Instead of constantly switching mediums and using multiple devices, users can instead join audio rooms after tapping a few buttons.

  • Some users still felt too shy to use their microphones

  • Suggested alternatives such as text to speech

After a some back and forth with the developers, to meet with our deadlines and ease their workloads, instead of a text to speech option we came up with the solution: Text Effects (shaking of the screen, confetti, etc.), Bolded/Italicized/Highlighted text, Text Banner at the top of the Live Chat, Text Reactions
